Is Ropinirole HCL The Right Medicine For Restless Legs Syndrome?

Yes, I was given Ropinirole HCL 5 mg for restless leg syndrome, or actually to help me sleep at night. I have had perpetual neuropathy since 2009 in both legs and a few weeks ago I started having problems with both of my hands. The Dr. is saying this is probably neuropathy and some arthritis in my hands. When I received my literature with my prescription for Ropinirole it states it is for Parkinson s. My question is, do you think this would be the right medicine for me? I am already taking gaberpentin (sp) 300mg at night.
