Is Rubella Shot Advisable For Conception After A Miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage in sept 2016. It was 1 week old. RUBELLA IGG WAS REACTIVE AND RUBELLA IGM WAS NON REACTIVE..doctors have not given any vaccination of rubella. Now i want to conceive but doctors are saying that rubella injection is required first..& after 2 months after that i can try for conceiving. I was being treated for swelling in uterus since last 10 months. In a recent test , i had puss cells in urine (10), for which treatment is also being advised..please tell what treatment of the above i have to take? The doctor who is treating me since 10 months has given me swelling medicines for 2 months more. Pls guide.
