Is Servil Junior As Effective As Amrodil?

Hi Doc, My son is 6 and half years old. Recently when he got a sore throat, I took him to his Padeatrician. He prescrobed amrodil s but my son refuses to take that medicine. Then he prescribed Servil Junior. Is that a correct substitute. Please help me

Servil junior is cough syrup containing bromhexine ,terbutaline and guaiphenasine. It is good alternative to ambrodil s for 5 yr old child.
