Is T-minic Advisable For Runny Nose And Sneezing In 2 Year Old?

hello doctor my daughter is 2 years old .she is having one side running nose and sneezing since last night. i am giving her a T-minic syrup. she is active.she has irritation with runny nose. can i continue with T-minic or should change another syrup.please suggest me thanin advance

Answer : Chlorphenamine, Dextromethorphan, Phenylephrine Combination is usually not recommended for a 2 year old kid. I would suggest you to use nasal drops instead of syrups
