I was diagnosed the other day that I have an ovarian cyst and myoma by my OB Gyne, the following are the comments of my doctor... Normal sized anteverted uterus with thin (0.9cm) intact and hyprechoic endometrium. There s a 2.1x1.7xx2.0 cm hypoechoic nodule at the lower uterine segment anterior, suggestive of intramural myoma with subserous component. The right ovary is cystically enlarged, meas 14.4x9.5x13.5cm,thin -walled (0.2-0.3cm) and septated with no vascular flow noted . The left ovary is also cystic, meas 2.6x2.3cmx2.1cm.,lateral in location. Minimal fluid seen at the posterior cul-de-sac. I am 43 now running 44 this December. My OB Gyne told me to have a surgery on this. Can it be good to have that TAHBSO? Please enlighten my mind. Thank you...Marie
