General & Family Physician 's  Response
Tidilan contains isoxsuprine. This medicine is used to arrest premature onset of labor. You are in 8.5 months of gestation. Your baby is not fully mature. You have also history of bleeding in 3rd month of gestation. So you are high risk of premature labor. So your obstetrician has given Tidilan to arrest premature labor. Dizziness, nausea and vomiting are common side effects of Tidilan. These side effects will resolve after stoppage of Tidilan.
Advice
1.     Continue Tidilan as suggested
2.     Be watchful for any vaginal discharge which will point towards onset of labor
3.     Keep in touch with your obstetrician
4.     Go immediately to hospital if abdominal pain occurs
Thanks
