Is It Ok To Take Tidilan Instead Of Tidilan Retard During Pregnancy?

I am 34 weeks pregnant . I was prescribed tidilan retard 40mg. The pharmacy didn t have enough stock and gave me just tidilan 20mg. Is it ok to use them . Should I take 2 tablets to compensate with the normal dose I had before .

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Tidilon retard means there will be continuous release of drug in stable dose.Compared to both tidilon retard will be better.Advantages will be single dose, stable release of drug,and good maintenance of Bp.

Tidilon 20 you have to take double dose and check your BP frequently.
