Is Tinactin Antifungal Tolnaftate Spray Useful For Athlete S Foot?

I am experiencing extreme dizziness (vertigo) and trying to figure out what might be causing it. Only change in diet, physical activity, mediations, etc. is the use of Tinactin antifungal tolnaftate spray I have been using on what appears to be athlete s foot. I have never used this spray before.
