Hi,

Tonoflex P contains Tramadol and Paracetamol, Tramadol is an opioid which is an excellent pain killer but has risk of opioid addiction. I prescribe Tonoflex/Tramadol in lowest dose as possible on which the pain is controlled to avoid the risk of addiction to it and then taper the drug gradually when the need for it is no longer there.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr Muhammad Zahir Shah
