Is Zetia A Safe Medicine For Elevated Cholesterol Levels?

Just got back from my annual physical. My LDL cholesterol was 131. Was prescribed Zetia. Had been taking Niacin but was told latest findings are not what is published. Maintain a healthy lifestyle and exercise like there is no tomorrow. But I don’t like some of the reader comments I’ve seen. Is this a good thing or not?
