Hi, Welcome to HCM, I read your query carefully. According to details it seems to be Migraine or Tension headache. Apart from taking medication you need to follow these:- 1. Take proper sleep atleast for 8hours. make a proper schedule for eating and sleeping. 2. Avoid certain foods which might trigger the migraine like cheese, chocolates, red wine and dairy products. 3. Do regular relaxing exercises and walk. 4. Avoid sharp lights. 5. Take Acetaminophen 1000mg twice a day after meal. if it will not be helpful then take Naproxen 500mg twice a day after meal. Rest you can carry on with your medication. Hope so it will be helpful. you can write again in case of any query or follow up. Wish you good health. Regards
