Is A Brown Discharge With Dizziness Normal?

Hello Doctor, I always have irregular periods(2-3 months) from the beginning. I had a c section 2 years back. After delivery, Everytime before my periods I had brown color discharge for 15 days before my periods.I tested, had Pcos and my hb count is 7.1 around 6 months back. I took homeopathy medicine and had iron tablets. brown discharge had stopped for 2 months and again now I am experiencing the same. I have dizziness and feeling very weak. My hands are getting shivered if I dont have food on time. I checked my hb today.its 12.3. Please suggest me what to do now.
