Is A Bump On The Forehead A Cause Of Concern?

I woke up in the morning one day and found a little concave bump (curve inwards) right in the middle of my forehead. The diameter of the little hole is about 5mm. While it has flattened within two days, i wish to know if this is a cause for concern. Thank you.
