hi, i have being trying for a baby an this time i think i could be preganant, I have been getting symptoms such as tiredness sickness an tender breasts, i am 3 days late for my period but i have been getting period like pains in my vaginal area could i still be preganant.

Hi..if all factors are favourable ( including your husband's semen quality,your ovulation, hormonal and tubal status ), you might be pregnant..plus you are 3 days overdue..so it's time for you to get a urine pregnancy test done by self at home..pregnancy is a highly likely possibility if unsafe sex has been performed around the time of your ovulation ( that is day 8 to day 19 of your cycle)..
however sometimes even a strong desire or fear of pregnancy may also cause delayed periods.
