Is A Diastolic Blood Pressure Of 59 Too Low?

I have been checking my blood pressure lately, and was wondering if a diastolic pressure of 59 is too low. The pulse is like 74, and the systolic is like 124, or 124/59 I am concerned because I am not a doctor, and all I am finding on the web tells me the pulse pressure is too high. I don t feel dizzy, but now have anxiety, from thinking something may be wrong, like liver disease or pulmonary embolism. Is my worry unfounded? or should I get to the ER. I had a stress/echo test two years ago, that was normal. The doctor said I should do that every 5 years. I m 38 years old, and slightly overweight, which should raise my blood pressure, I thought.

Please don't worry yourself, K? Diastolic normally runs 60-90, yours is on the border, not to worry. Some very healthy people have BP that run a little low, other could run a little high. Many factors can elevate BP not just being overweight. So, sit back and relax, your alright. Hugs.
