Hello,

A hypoplastic uterus is a uterus that is very small in size from birth due to its incomplete development during birth. Because the embryo implants in the uterus, women with a hypoplastic uterus have difficulty conceiving.

Such cases need to be further evaluated by certain lab tests such as hormonal tests and to rule out chromosomal anomalies.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
