Is A Low Platelet Count While On HCG Diet A Concern?

Hi I have had gestation Thrombocytopenia while pregnant, last time was four years ago. I had my blood work done in 2015 for life insurance purposes, and I am guessing I did not have it at the time (low platelets) since I was not told anything about that (only told I had low blood pressure, and high cholesterol. the good kind). I am now on the HCG Diet, and had to do some blood work once again. I was told that my platelets were low (147). Should I be worried?

Low platelet is a concern. It can cause bleeding. Take folic acid tablets once daily. Repeat a blood test for platelet after 1 month.
