Is A Lump Next To The Navel While Suffering From Constipation A Concern?

I am 54 years old lady having pain in my right side of umbilicus about 1-2 cm distance it s a small lump from 3 days and also I have constipation .pain in abdomen for passing stool but I go a very small amount of feces comes out. Can u tell me what is this lump and also it is painful on pressure it is very small like grape

Your symptoms seem to be related to an umbilical hernia. In adults, surgery is usually suggested to make sure that no complications develop. I suggest you consult a surgeon for further treatment.
