Is A Lump On The Right Side Of The Clitoris A Matter Of Concern?

Hi, I think I may have a swollen gland on the right of my clitoris. It is under the skin and can be moved around quite a bit when I touch it. It is a little sore to the touch but nothing too bad. I had this about a month ago but it went away after about two days. Now, it has come back and it has been about four days and it is beginning to worry me. The first time I had this it was about the size of a pea, maybe a little bit bigger. This time it is the same size but it fluctuates. Throughout the day it will shrink as if it is not there anymore unless I really feel for it, other times it will be back to pea size and sometimes you can even see the lump. I am only 19 so I have not had pap smears done yet but I just had an annual check up and the gyno about two months ago. Is this something I should be worried about?
