Is A Marble Size Knot On Neck A Matter Of Concern?

My three year old has a marble size knot on the left side of her neck farther back that the lymphs....She has had it for at least two years. I have asked the ped. Drs mutiple times about it and all they say is ' as long as it is moving around and not stationary - don't worry about it'. Should I be doing more? It doesn't seem to bother her at all.

theres nothing to worry about it.
as long as child is good,not loosing any weight, or having consitent fever for a longg duration or the size is increaqsing or multiple occuring.
