Is A Medicine Containing Dextromethorphan HBR And Phenylephrine Safe In The Treatment Of Body Ache And Headache?

I Want to take an medicine to treat my achy body, headache, sinus congestion and cough. The medicine has dextromethorphan HBr and Phenylephrine in it. Is that safe for me to take if I am in a program that does random urine screens? I am not familiar with those ingredients

You can safely take the Phenylephrine and Dextromethorphen. These are commonly prescribed drugs and does not affect urine test.
