Is A Perisac Collection Superior To The Gestational Sac A Sign Of A Miscarriage?

hi, i went for an ultrasound, the first day of my last period was 6 october, the ultrasound said i have a perisac collection superior to the gestational sac, presence of yolk but no fetal pole. i have back pains but no bleeding, have i lost the baby?

Sorry to say but your fears are right. No feral pole at five to six weeks after the last menstrual period (LMP) means non-viable conception.
