Is A Right Ovarian Cyst Along With Fluid In The Endometrium And POD A Cause For Concern?

Please write your question here my scan resut reveal that non bulky and gravid antverted uterus of homogenous myometrium echopatter measuring 70mmL 40MM AP63mm T No sonographic evidence of gestational sac seen.the adnexae is seen and normal.No uteetine fibriod.there is right ovarian cyst measuring 22mmx17mm L B. There is fluid in the endometerium in keeping with mild endometeritis.There is fluid in the pouch of doughlas in keeping with moderate PID.
