Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi,

It is unlikely that she has Pyloric Stenosis (PS) going on without complications until 9 months of age. If it is PS there should have been electrolyte abnormalities.

I would prefer to try the therapeutic trial for gastroesophageal reflux and if not better then go ahead with ultrasound for pyloric stenosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
