I am in need of a surgery for indirect inguinal hernia and am not in a position to afford the expenses.
i reside in secunderabad ie Andhra Pradesh. can you please suggest me any charitable hospitals that will help me

short answer : yes surgery is the best option for permanent relief
detailed answer: surgery is the best treatment option for indirect inguinal hernia. i don't know about Andhra Pradesh. but generally in government hospitals surgery for hernia is done for free.
about private hospitals are concerned you please enquire this matter in the individual hospital
indirect inguinal hernia is done for free in Delhi sufturjung hospital and AIIMS hospitals

Surgery is the mainstay of treatment for hernia especially indirect hernia.
The hernia can progress and cause complication if not treated in time.
The government hospitals are quite affordable so you can visit a surgeon specialized in hernia surgery for treatment.
It will not be possible for me to mention name of any particular hospital on this forum but you are surely find a government hospital in Secunderabad. or Hyderabad Osmania Medical College & Hospital, Gandhi Medical College & Hospital etc.
