General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Surgery will be the treatment of choice. However, the results may not be guaranteed. Consult a spine surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
