i did an mri and it shows posterior central slightly right sided significant subannular protrusion of the disc L4-L5 indenting bilateral L5 roots, no extrusion. and posterior central mild focal protrusion of the disc L2-L3 indenting slightly the thecal sac. also posterior bilateral mild protrusion of the disc L5-S1 indenting thecal sac and low signal intensity of disc material L4-L5 and L5-S1.
im currently an pain re;ief medications and anti inflammatory but should i consider surgery
