Is A Thyroid Medication Of 112mcg The Right Dosage To Bring Down TSH Levels While Trying To Concieve?
Hi, i am trying to get pregnant and my tsh level is at a 3.9 and im taking 112mcg once a day every morning. I am have difficulty getting pregnant and I have ready that it's easier to get pregnant at a 1 or 2 tsh level..what mcg should i be taking? thank you

Yes, to be properly treated your TSH level should be around 1.0
Were I your doctor, I would increase your dosage to 125 mcgm and recheck the TSH level in two months. I would then continually to gradually increase the dosage depending on the level until you were near 1.0
