Is Abdominal Bloating Or Swelling In My Lower Abdomen A Symptom Of UTI?

I am a small build of 105lbs workout out 4/6 times a week. I ve recently had uti symptoms along with bloating/swellingninmynlower abdomen. Belly button down. To the point of looking almost slightly pregnant I took an at home urinalysis made by AZO which showed a very quick positive for leukocytes in my urine. Is this more than just a uti? The abdominal bloating/swelling really concerns me. I have an extensive family history of cancer so that is always in the back of my head.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You symptoms looks like urinary tract infection. You should go for culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. You should not worry about cancer. However you should go for ultrasound abdomen to rule out any major problems. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
