Is Abdominal Pain And Back Pain Symptoms Of UTI?

mild pain in abdomn i am having mild pain lower back. its from last 6 7 months. it comes and goes away. all my tests were normal. urine test , blood test, xray, ultrasound. its irritating.
it started after i took some pills for throat infection.
after online research i find my symptoms similar to UTI. could it be? then why urine test was normal? i hav done these tests 2,3 times

Frequent urinary tract may be because of under treated and followed by poor hygiene.
urine culture will rule out the specific infection and recommended antibiotics should be taken.
kindly rule out blood sugar level too. Diabetes is one of the commonest cause for frequent UTI.

UTI associated pain influence both back and abdomen.
