Is Acute Diverticulitis Related With Hard Bloody Stools And Excess Stress?
i have been under a lot of stress the past couple weeks and now i am passing hard, dry pellet-like stool with some bright blood. I have been told I could have chronic or accute diverticultis. Can stress cause this to be worse at times? I have no pain and am not sick to my stomach.

Dear I think you maybe suffering from constipation which may cause hard stools. Diverticulitis may cause infection and pain abdomen mucous or blood in stools.
Eat fiber rich food with antibiotics like tab.amoxicilline clavulinate 625mg through a day for five days. use syrp lactulose 30ml at night.If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
