Is Alcohol Intake Safe After Getting Misoprostol Injections?
I am 5 5 and weigh 125 lbs, today i was injected with two doses of misoprostol at 1.7 cc s each. i was told not to eat any food containing folic acid. can i drink a small amount of alchol tonight? maybe like a few beers, or a few shots? or will it greatly affect the medication?

Misoprostol is a synthetic prostaglandin that is used for medical abortion, miscarriage management, induction of labor, cervical ripening etc. On the other hand, Beers are widely used alcoholic drinks. Using alcohol along with Misoprostol injection can be harmful for anyone. It can affect medication efficiency and increase bleeding. So, you should not consume alcohol like beers after taking Misoprostol injection.
