Is Anal Mucous Secretion After Masturbation Normal With History Of Fistula Operations?
Hello Doctor, I had frequent fistula operations done. Also when I masturbate I get some pricking pain near the anal openings and the place of operations . Also after masturbation I get constipation for 3 days. When I masturbate the mucous starts coming out of the anus. Are these normal?

It seems that there might be having discharge from sinus track of fistula in ano.
There might be having some sinus tracks not opened during operation or there might be having recurring of sinus track.
During masturbation due to increase pressure leaking is possible.
Consult your surgeon and get examined.
