Yes antirabies vaccine is necessary after the cat bite.
Take total five doses of anti rabies vaccine that also contain booster dose.
Schedule: 0,3,7,14,28 days
For finger pain, take following advises:
Tablet ibuprufen and serratiopeptidase
Apply cold pad application
Topical application of thrombophob gel and neomycine ointmen
