Is Anti-rabies Vaccination Necessary For A Dog Scratch?

I was wearing a pant street dog (which did not look like mad )tried to scratch me with his teeth I took my leg pant even does not tears but my sking got small red dot blood didn t came out and skin was not much broken it was just small red dot should I take injection?

Hi,

Animal bites and scratches, even minor ones, can become infected and can spread rabies. So your scratches may need antibiotics, a tetanus booster and a series of rabies shots (especially when you are not acquainted with the dog and its vaccination status). Remember, rabies has 100 per cent mortality.
