Is Anti-rabies Vaccination Required After Being Bitten By A Rabies Infected Puppy?

I was bitten by my pet which is 3 month old Rottwhiller, He bit me and my wife in a gap of 3 days.
I had teeth mark of the from row teeth 8 marks, My wife had a scratch mark, my younger sons small finger tip was peeled we three of us have taken Rabis Vaccine.because the doctor told this puppy carries Rabis and (looking @ his behaviour)the pup was not given abti rabise dose.

my question to you is My elder son who was bitten(infact had a scratch mark from the same puppy 10 days before his diagnosis and I had cleaned the wound with Iodine solution, Do he require to take antirabise vaccine? suggest me.
