Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* If the appendicitis was secondary to E. Histolytica , once the basic
infection control is there ; it would be subsided .
* If the appendicitis is primary , then it will persist even after control of
E. Histolytica infection . In this case , surgery is mandatory .

Hope this clears your doubt .
Wishing you fine recovery .

Welcome for any further assistance .
Regards take care .
