Is Applying Burn Heal Enough For A Steam Burnt Finger?

I got a burn due to Cooker steam on sat night and boils came on my index finger. And on monday, ie today the boil burst too and I got ointment - Burn Heal 15g, by Cipla ointment to apply on. It is paining also little. Is applying Burn Heal enough? How will the marks fade away completely?

Hello,
It seems you have got superficial burns.
I think Burnheal cream will be take care of your situation.
Additionally, I would suggest application of topical antibiotic like mupirocin to prevent secondary bacterial infection.
Oral analgesics like Diclofenac will help in relieving pain.
