Is Autoimmune Disorder Curable?

My sister complained of blurry vision in the left eye. we took her to an eye specialist . who said it could be related to autoimune disorder. He has recommended the following medcines Kazipred:prednisolone acetate homide:homatropine hydrobromide drops and chlorocol ointment. Need to know if the same is curable

Hello.To establish the diagnosis of autoimmune disease it is necessary to realize additional tets(autoantibodies ...) .Autoimmune diseases are chronic, but
there are drugs (corticosteroids, immunosuppressants ...) that can control the disease.I wish you good health.
