Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
To gain weight, if is genetic, it may take more time, and if otherwise it is easily attained.
Nutrigain, we are not aware of the details, and one can use with their own belief, and experience of others.
We recommend protein supplements with out steroids like proteinules etc.
It always should be through the medical advise. I advise you to consult a physician for treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such wanting, injection of anabolic steroid periodically, protein supplements, multivitamins.
Take food with high calories, fats, fries, oily foods, and to some extent junk foods.
Sleep for more time, and try to sleep during day time so far as possible.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
