Is Being Overweight By About 20 Pounds At The Age Of 21 A Concern?
My adult daughter a college student, age 21 is overweight by 15 or 20 pounds. I find it really upsetting- she claims that she is comfortable and healthy. She is active and strong, and knows how to eat healthfully but clearly does not choose to do so. I am worried about her and when I bring up her weight it always ends up very badly. Should I just keep quiet?
1)Do blood investigation : lipid profile, it will guide your blood cholesterol level and give great idea about good and bad cholesterol.
2) Regular exercise
3) low fat diet. Avoid junk food
4) Add fruits and vegetables to your diet
5) Drink plenty of fluid
6) Do not do strict dieting.
