Is Big Poo Of Peanut Butter Color And Consistency A Sign Of Constipation?

My three year old is toilet training and we are having a problem with sticky poos and accidents! Her poo has the consistency and colour of peanut butter. She has suffered from consolation about 12 months ago. We either get lots of skiddies and then little peanut butter poos or a really big poo (so big I can't believe it can come out). Is this constipation again? I have an apt with my GP tomorrow but advice would be appreciated. With thanks. Ellie

It is unlikely to be constipation, though babies do have variations in their poo from time to time. You should observe this for a longer period before drawing any conclusions.
