Is Bilateral Increased Renal Cortical Echogenicity With Increased Bladder Thickness Dangerous?

sir,i hav undegone ultra sound check up today...the main impressionb in that result is:1. Bilateral increased renal cortical echogenecity(left right. 2. Abnormal doppler indices on left side. 3.Increased bladder wll thickness.....plz suggest me how dangerous is it...and further tretment...my age is 65 yrs...thank u.

Ultrasonogram report indicating you have chronic kidney disease.

Details answer :
only ultrasonogram , cant determine every prolem,
renal ecogenicity raise means some chronic kidney problem,
But it has to be rule out by other investigation,
like , serum creatinine. Glomerular filtration rate.

*another comment in ultrasonogram is bladder wall thickness
Do you suffering from repeated urinary infection ?????

so, consult with an nephrologist for further evaluation and proper diagnosis.
