Is Bloating Normal After Laparoscopic Sigmoidectomy?

Four months ago I had a laparoscopic sigmoidectomy. I am still periodically experiencing bloating throughout my abdomen. Sometimes it gets rather bad and is almost like a burning sensation all over my abdomen. Is this normal? Will it go away? Should I be concerned?

* This is not normal at 4 months period , mostly relates to underlying
gastritis , ulcer or motility related issue
* At first instance certain medicines are being given for the same , in follow
up if required may be need of evaluations in terms of radiology or scopy
