Is Blood In Urine Normal After A Vaginal Test In A Pregnant Woman?

i am 35 weeks and 6 days pregnant and today i had vagina test where they enter the qtip inside to make sure i had no bacteria.. well after i was bleeding . its been 8 hours since the test and it feels like a pinch when i try to urinate and blood comes out & when i wipe i have alot of blood on my paper . theres no blood on my underwear its only when i urinate blood comes out is thia normal ?

Hi. Qtip test is done to see any stress incontinence. A fully sterile well lubricated swab tip is introduced inside the urethra. May be there is some erosion there which is causing irritation/pain and bleeding during urination. I will advise you to revert back to your dr., take plenty of fluids and urinary analgesic tab. Urispas and tab. T- stat (tranxemic acid ) for vtime being control of bleeding. Thanks.
