Is Brown Spotting During Pregnancy Sign Of Implantation?

Hi, I am 6 weeks 2days pregnant and had what we believe was implantation bleeding 2 week and 2 days ago at 5 weeks. The bleeding then was brown and not much. Yesterday I was sneezing constantly and had some red watery blood on wiping, now I am having brown blood each time I wipe when going to the toilet. It is not excessive but more than a week ago, I cannot contact my midwife, should i be worried by this?
