Is Bruising And Swelling On Head After A Hit Of A Child A Cause For Concern?

My 19 month old was running and fell into the door frame. He has 2 bruise lines that are a little swollen. He hit the side of his head near ear. He is acting normal (20 mins after) but im very worried (im a worrier) is he ok? Shall I phone doctors? Is there anything to look out for? Thanks

I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion there is nothing to worry about. He has tow bruise line, swollen but not bleeding. Also he is playing normally. So there is nothing to worry about.
If he develops any symptoms like vomiting unconsciousness or not playing only then you need to be concerned.
