Is Burning Sensation When Urinating, Fever And Swelling In Testes Due To Anal Sex?

Dear doctor i am a 41yr male,just a week back i had a unsafe sex with a women i mean anal sex nd just after a day of it i started urinating with a burning se sation their was fever also and above all their is a slight swelling and pain in my left testes,today iam felling alittle better in urinating but pain and inflammation of testes is still there but i never had any kind of discharge from my penis kindly help
