Is Child's Bowel Movement Red Due To Eating Strawberries?

My sons bm is red, but its only when he eats things like strawberries, or drinks red kook aid. And it's only when those things happen its red for a day at most two. Is it safe to say its just from the foods? The bm is also usually watery but for sure not blood.

Hello dear
Thanks for your query at HCM,
I understand your concern.

Bowel moments can be red because of the food child is taking. If its consistently red no relation food then further workup might be needed , intially stool routine and microscopy will be helpful.
regards.
