General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

I would not recommend cipla.

I would advise you the following
1. Anti-ememtic : Domperidone syrup will be helpful
2. WHO recommended Oral rehydration solution
3. Probiotic
4. Maintain nutrition

Antibiotics are not recommended if there is no blood in stools and there is no fever.

Do get back to me for further queries

Take Care
